It depends, those are signs of getting your period, but they are also signs of puberty in general.
You're probably getting close to starting your period, but it might not happen for a while still. Some girls get cramping every month but nothing else, and then finally one day they get some bleeding, too. Just depends on your genes!

It might be coming up. There's no use worrying about it..you'll know when you get it--there will be blood on your underpants (I might look kinda of dark and brownish-red if its the first time).

white stuff in your underwear doesnt have anything to do with your period,
when you discharge it's because your "turned on"
its sounds pretty much like your just starting puberty,
dont be surprised if you do get yours though because it comes along with puberty.
