Had protected sex, first time, but want plan b?!

Question: Yesterday my boyfriend (of a year) and i finally had sex, twice, and it was protected. I had my period but it should be ending soon, so my period was very light. After the first time we did it, he washed his hands a lot after taking off the condom, and then put another one on, and washed his hands again after that time. After that i cant remember or not if i touched him and then washed myself, and im not sure if i had anything on my hands that got into me. the condoms didn't break, but i want to be 100% sure and take plan B just in case??? right now my period is just acting normal like it should, so im unsure if i should take plan B, what should i do? am i fine without it??

I do not recommend that you take Plan B unless you know for sure that there was definate seminal fluid contact. Such as a condom breaking inside you. If your period is normal than I wouldnt be too concerned. If you are truly that scared to get pregnant, you may wanna consider getting on birth control or using a backup method with a condom such as spermacidal foam.

Plan B is not something you want to take every time you have sex. From what you've told me, it's highly unlikely that you'd get pregnant.

If the semen dries out in the air, it's no longer living and cannot get you pregnant.

If you plan on having sex on a regular basis now, I really suggest you use more than one form of birth control. (Condoms & pills).

You are not pregnant. You are just freaking out because it was your second time. Calm down and relax.

you should be fine without it! don't worry! but please do go get on some type of birthcontrol. and make sure that you use two types of methods such as condom and birth control each time!

If he used a condom it is extremely unlikely you are pregnant, Maybe in future you should be more sensible and get protected against pregnancy yourself.. After all, it only takes once without a condom........... We all know the rest of that!
