OKay I was just like you and I went all over the boards asking about Tampons. But I found the best one! PLaytex Sport is honestly the best! I use regular and it has NEVER leaked. I got it in easily the first time wihout any pain or struggling. It's so easy for insertation and the non slip grip in great! Playtex has Regular, Super, and Super Plus. Regular is okay for people like me who have light to heavy. Super is for people who have flows that are medium to heavy. And Super plus is for really heavy ones. So wiht this description chose which one is your flow and use it. I totally would recomend PLaytex SPort. So yes go for it! The reason why I find it so good is that it never leaked for me, its really easy for insertation especially when it was my first ever try to insert any tampon and the non slip grip is really good. Hope I helped!

Everyone has their favourites in tampons, and each "fits" someone in a different way...you just have to try them until you find one that works for your body....

All tampons will need to be changed frequently if your flow is heavy. I prefer Ob tampons because they get slightly wider when they're wet, helping to prevent leaks. Playtex and tampax get longer when they're wet, which doesn't do much except make me uncomfortable. Ob has many different absorbencies, Super Plus comes in a yellow package. I recommend them highly. I also think it's great that you don't need to mess with the applicator. After all it's our body, we can get to know it.

If you want to change your brand, you're going to have to try new brands. You can always go to the Playtex website and see what they have, or go to the store and look at the information on the boxes. I think Tampax has better leak protection because they're longer. I think that Playtex Sport is the most comfortable.

If it's the "they never have enough in there" that's the problem, you're not going to really solve that by switching to another name brand. Generics are the way to go for price, although I admit that I don't trust them.
