ok if you have just started i would recommend playtex gentle glide in the right absorbency for your flow
Any tampon is good, if it is the right size. I prefer Kotex for ease of application, and I use Super or Super Plus for heavy flow days. If you change (supposed to every time it is full or once every 8 hours anyway) before you start dancing, any tampon brand should work. Take a spare and change when you stop for a break, if you wish to feel very confidant.
i wear ob, they have no applicator (which some like and some don't) and are super small.
when you put it in relax and try more than once. it takes some practice to learn the curve. also, make sure the string is out and push it all the way in. good luck!
Just wear double pads on your undewear.
Triple if you want to stay safe.
And use the bathroom every hour.
Tampons can go wrong in many ways.
I prefer Tampax tampons. They have a small applicator that fits easily into your purse or pocket so that its discreet when you carry it with you. If its really heavy, get the super absorbancy.
I like tampax pearl...theyre easier to use. remember to wear a panty liner also..jus in case of any leakage. have fun hun!
super tampax pearl works best for me, it never leaks (when others have) and its what i feel most comfortable using.
