I'd suggest a hand mirror and a good lamp you can point. It'll be easy to see if it's still there, usually.

i disagree with the girl under me ur Hyman is not stretchable it is just there if i were u ur best guess is to go see a Doctor even if u try to look for it urself u wont see it because u don't have a good glance at it a Doctor is the only way u would be able to find out unless ur had sex and ur vagina was bleeding a little during sex then u broke ur Hyman

Who cares? Its not the middle ages is it? I thought the importance of an intact hymen was a thing of the distant past, hope it is anyways. Its absurd to want or expect ones future wife to have an intact hymen. The whole concept is absurd. You can tear it just by doing everyday normal activities.
