It is not a noise. The scene in Harry Met Sally was a 'fake orgasm'.
Orgasm - the climax of sexual excitement, consisting of intense muscle tightening around the genital area experienced as a pleasurable wave of tingling sensations through parts of the body.
Signs: increase in blood pressure and pulse rate; breathing quickens; increase in vaginal lubrication; clitoris becomes erect and exposed; breasts become enlarged, nipples erect; skin flushes, particularly the face and chest; pelvic muscle spasms, causing vaginal contractions and orgasmic sensations. Could be throbing, tingling or pulsating waves of pleasure.

An orgasm (sexual climax) is the conclusion of the plateau phase of the sexual response cycle, and may be experienced by both males and females. Orgasm is characterized by intense physical pleasure, controlled by the involuntary, or autonomic, nervous system.[1] It is accompanied by quick cycles of muscle contraction in the lower pelvic muscles, which surround the primary sexual organs and the anus. After orgasm, humans often feel tired and a need to rest. This is attributed to the release of prolactin.[2] Prolactin is a typical neuroendocrine response in depressed mood and irritation.[3] Ongoing research at the University Medical Center of Groningen, the Netherlands, studies brain events that accompany orgasm in men and women. Techniques used involve Positron Emission Tomography (PET) and fMRI. Male and female brains act almost the same during orgasm. Brain scans showed that large parts of the cerebral cortex temporarily reduced their activity.[4]
To put it in a simple explanation...
Usually during sex or sexual play (oral sex, fingering etc) the body reacts to the pleasure. An orgasm (for the female) is several muscles (down there) contracting and it feels like an "explosion" (a good, really good one!!)
For a male, an orgasm is releasing sperm from the penis.
When people orgasm its a feeling of extreme pleasure.
Orgasm is also refered to as "blowing" or "cumming"
