It is young but not unheard of. The main school of thought on early puberty focuses on hormones in meats and milk that you would have eaten growing up. I know of 2 young ladies in the similar situations and both of their pediatricians said it really means nothing for the future. So don't worry about it. While it is not common, it is not unheard of.
yes it was a young age..most girls start from 8-12 years old. it doesnt mean anything for the future though...

Well. Some cultures experience puberty early. Such as Italians. So that might be why.
