every one is different but if i were you i would take some fiber... i think that this really helps to regulate your body... its not healthy to only go 1 time a week... i think some people go once a day or every other day

there is a herb called psyllum if you get this and mix it with a drink it helps to keep you regular other wise stay away from laxatives.. they will really mess you up!
if you dont see a change in a month see a doctor.. it could be an issue with your body breaking down food...
but also your tummy must hurt no? unless you dont eat...

No not good it is not normal why because of the toxin element you need to drink much more water and eat a few more veg ideally you need to be going at least half an hour after meals. It needs to float and wash away with the flush

holy **** THAT IS BAD!!!!!!...def go to the doctors...i go like once or twice a week and even thats REALLY BAD...i dunno how your not scared your stomach will blow ...

I don't think that is normal but it would be best to talk to a doctor and they could advise you on what to do.

Humm, Mine are about 1 to two a week. Which seems more normal. However, if your not cramping or hurting and it has been this way a long time I would not rush to the doctor. Next checkup I would ask though to be on the safe side.

Are you eating enough? You probably need more fiber and water. Also, eat more vegies and make sure you aren't constipated.

no way its healthy to go everyday u need to get fibre, water in to you to get ur bowels moving....sheesh youd be bloated and it can be very pain full when u get constipated n u will make things worse for urself since youll start to strain....then youll have hemmeroid problems

It's common to go once or twice every 24 hours, but okay to be up to 1 time a week. I would put more fiber in your diet, you are probably at a higher risk for infections, when it stays there longer and has a higher build of of bacteria. I'm not really sure though.

Drink some cheap coffee - you'll be going more often..............

you need a colon cleanse possibly or need more fiber in ur diet, you should go at least 2 or 3 times a day, it's definitely not normal. fecal matter is building up in the walls of ur intestine it can house parasites and bacteria. It can also cause disease,weight gain, bad breath and a list of other things

Increase yor roughage more.
