Where should I carry my pads at school?!

Question: I just got my first periods, and I don't know where to carry my pads?

I don't like to carry purses, and I wear tight jeans so it would be pretty obvious if I carry them in my pocket.

And I don't want ANYONE to know about me having my period, cause I'm pretty early and yah.

So what should I do?

Please, help me!

Don't be ashamed of your period or try to hide it. It is something 51% of the population deals with on a regular basis. One day, you will have a big red spot on your pants. You will have a leak. you will have an emergency. It's part of life as a woman. I'm not saying you have to go around telling everyone "gotta go change my pad!", but you don't need to be ashamed of your body.
Keep your pads in your backpack. When you need one, take it out like you would take out a pencil, put it in your pocket, and go to the bathroom. No one cares about your bodily functions and if they have a problem with it, what do you care? No one is watching you--they are all too wrapped up in themselves.

Keep them in your backpack. A place where no one will look like your intermost pocket in your bag.

what i did was get a really cute little like pencil case type thing and put the pads in it. then put that case inside a larger pencil case.

it worked for me
hope it does the same for you girl
xox

in yo purse. or just go to school and pray you wont leak. put in a tampon and a pad too.

if u carry a backpack the just put them in there

possibly in a small compartment on your bookbag in a cosmetics bag?

Put book covers on all of your books at school. Put your pads in the little pockets on the inside of the books. If you have a binder or extendable folder, you can put your pads in there or well. I wouldn't recommend putting pads in your pencil case or anything if you have friends who like to go through your stuff.

when your so young dont where tight jeans carry a purse and also hun its part of life men boys girls teacjers everyone knows about i mean dont show it to the whole world but you know dont be so selfconsious

Do you carry a backpack to school? That's a good place to keep them. Maybe start carrying a purse...life happens! Get thin maxi pads and wear longer socks, stick em in there.

in a mini bag in your backpack (like a make-up purse) while on ur period dont let people in ur back pack

Keep them in your bra willl help with your bust size

Well definitely DON'T put them in your pocket for any reason! Since you're a young lady now you needa start carrying some type of purse, for these reasons! It doesn't have to be a big giant purse, just something made for a little girl!

If you are only talking about a regular school day, then you should only need to carry one pad. Maybe you could layer a hoodie or jacket, something with an inside pocket? Or if you wear a slightly longer (loose-ish) top, you could tuck one into your waistband- I have done that a few times. If you are that nervous about it, it may be time to get friendlier with the purse option. We have them for a reason...... lol

I bought my daughter a small, cute pencil case sized pouch that she carries in her bookbag. Inside I put a pair of cotton panties, 2 thin pads, 2 individual feminine wipes and a plastic baggie (for potenitally solied panties). She hasn't gotten her period yet, but her doctor believes she will be getting it soon, so I wanted her to be prepared and I wanted her to be able to be discrete. The pouch is very small and if she needs to excuse herself to the bathroom with it no one will think anything.

Hope that helps.

Try like, carrying them inside your sock.

I had a friend do that once.

Stick 'em in your backpack. When ya gotta change it, put a pad or tampon in your small zipup makeup case or dark colored box. But, if you take a box, it's going to be glaringly obvious.

The best solution is to wear your jacket tied around your waist with supplies or have a long shirt on that covers your pockets. Sooner or later, you will be carrying a purse around anyway, though.

I usually put mine in my locker (if you have a locker) and ask to go to the bathroom during class. That way no one is out there to see you getting something out of your locker.

i agree that you should carry it in your bagpack

if you dont want anyone to know trake your bag with you or have some in the nurses office at school only for you. if the nurse holds it for you then no one will know and then youll have somwhee to hold them..
you dont have to be ashamed of gettin your period at a young age mine was 9.... yes 9...... and dont worry its normal to feel how your feeling. you shouldnt be ashamed of your period because every female while go through it sometime in their life.

pencil box,
backpack,
bottom of shoes(like underneth where you slide your foot in or ontop of your foot.
you can wear two pads so when one is saturated with blood just tear it off and a freash one will be underneth that one.
bra

Me and my friends put ours in portable pencil case type deals. Nobody will be able to see, and you can just keep that in your backpack, then carry it to the bathroom.

Good luck! :)

if ur worried about them getting stolen or something put them in ur bra. no one will ever know...
