I get really depressed when guy/girls tease me about my weight.?!


Question: Why do people in society tease over weight people i just dont understand. I know im a big girl but i dont understand why they have to tease me. i am 5'3 and about 350

I am trying to lose weight but its really hard to. I walk daily and stuff. I have high blood pressure issues but thats it. I dont have diabetes or nothing like that

Ohhhh hun, there are loads of hatefull and spitefull people out there, try not to let it get to you?

How about eating more foods that are going to hit your brain at a natural chemical level ~ like foods rich in Tryptophan, Vitamins B3 and B6 and magnesium will do??

Dont conceren yourself with wat others think. But it can be very unhealthy. Buy an olliptical or wieght loss program.

oh my, yes, no offense but you really need to lose quite a bit of weight, its very unhealthy. you might only have high blood pressure now, but over the years you will develop much more like diabetes, high cholesterol, heart problems, breathing problems, you probably don't get very good sleep because i would guess you have problems sleeping at night, which a lack of sleep causes us to munch when we don't need to. try eating more fruits and veggies and getting plenty of water. Try keeping bad junk food out of the house, if its not there, it can't tempt you. I would ask your doctor if you could see a nutritionist to help with your diet regime. good luck.

sweety, people pick on because they have nothing better to do. and they know u get a resaction out of, like u said u get depressed. dont show any emotion to them when they say anything. walk off and then u cant be upset but dont do it ion front of them because then they know they just won by seeing u upset. keep exercising like u have. it will work if u keep to that everyday. i am sure u are really pretty and u have a great personality. and as my mum said to me. when i was teased i learned a life lesson. not to jjudge peopel for what they look like. u will come out of life learning something. were as they wont and prob be likr this 4eva and know one will want to be around them . because they will still act like dicks. stay strong i overcomed it and i went through that so bad wif people all of school. i believe if icould get through it anyone can! gud luck sweet and remember u are beautiful. best wishes.xox

if this isn't a joke, i think you should just keep at it. eat right. get 1500 calories a day and keep on movin. exercise like its cool. and dont just walk. lift light weights it keeps the mucsles from getting weak and you'll start to lose weight faster.

You are in big trouble at that age. But there are some things to help. If you can stop gaining in six months then you will be fine. First you need a new friend who is overweight to chat with. Second you need to stop exercising because you will hurt yourself so you can only just be active and third there are some foods you have to never eat again. I suggest you don't eat anymore margarine or any pure vegetable oils. Buy some coconut oil from wall mart and take a little twice a day till you see what it does to your body. Use only tree oils or animal oils for food. If you go on Insulin I cant help you . Stop taking anti-depression meds and find a club or new friends to be out of the house more. The real secret as a youth is activity and fun. You can read my answers etc and email too.

just because you're overweight doesn't mean you're the only type of person in this society that gets teased. everyone, big, small, short, pimplish, tall, 'flat', curved, all get teased at some point. if it really bothers you, (yeah this sounds mean but i'm serious) try to DO something about it. and remember people like Queen Latifa. she's big and curvy, but most guys would agree that she's hot. it's how you carry yourself.

no offense but according to the BMI (body mass index) scale you are obese. A person with a BMI of 30 or greater is considered "obese..." Your BMI is a 62.

No, people shouldn't tease you about your weight. I'm sure you're a beautiful person on the inside. But the fact is you are dangerously overweight, and all that excess weight CAN develop into diabetes and other scary diseases.

Try talking to your doctor about ways to lose weight. You probably need to do more than walking. Get a workout regimine that involves lost of cardio (running). Eat 3 healthy meals a day (ones that include LOTS of veggies, fruits, some whole grains and meats, and dairy).

b/c people are insecure and take it out on others. It is so wrong to do but the hardest thing is raising above it. You have to somehow show that it doesn't bother you and just accept yourself for who you are one day at a time weather changing or not! It's the inside that counts!
