I used to get those they are sooo painful..It always happened on a weekend w/no docs working...I drank tons of cranberry juice and went to the organic part of the grocery store and got golden seal....you can mke a nasty tea with it but...it worked.

yes drink cranberry juice it will stop you getting infections if you drink it regually

The best thing to drink for a uti is pure cranberry juice. The more the better.
