I wear a 32 H, so I know how you feel, your options are pretty minimal-

you could get a breast reduction, but after you have children your breasts can get larger again

or you can buy a very nice minimizer bra- it will help proportion your body

But, if that doesn't help, then I guess you have to live with it, and feel lucky to have such a large bust, because alot of woman pay alot of money for large bust and you got one for free

donate to charity

Ask your doctor for you to seek a specialist for Breast Reduction surgery.

THANK YOU! me too! i wear a size 6 pants and i have a 44 DD chest and it makes my tshirts hang funny and i feel fat cuz of them. its not always plesant to have big busts! especially when your not in the movies and cant leave them hang out like people do on tv all the pretty clothes you see they dont make for people with big busts and they look better on someone with an average size bust anyways... things always wear funny and i hate it with a passion! my husband loves them of course but i dont

breast reduction is your only option. its painful but worth it from having those in your way wen ur 80

have u looked up breast reduction surgery my cuzin got it because she really big breast and sfter it she said she felt way better and had less back problems also theyhelp reduce risk oh breast cancer!

Ask your doctor about a breast reduction. For sizes D and up, it's covered by health insurance, and the best way to go. I am doing the same thing, actually my appt is on the 27th. It's the best option for many reasons, your back will thank you when you're older!

Hi Mary. Have you considered talking to your physician about having a breast reduction surgery? I think it would definitely be in your _BEST_ interest!

Sincerely,
Your friend,
Vince

If you want to get surgery- go ahead and get a reduction. It is covered by most health plans.
