I've heard going on the pill helps a little bit. Even easier just buy a padded bra to make them appear bigger.
well you could jus play with them....ummm try rubbing them when your having a shower or bath also an exercise........you life your chest up with your hands and then just let them drop...they'll soon be bigger good luck
Exercises can help but buying a uplift bra would be less strenuous.
the best thing to do is to invest in a good pushup bra to give the appearance of larger boobs
