Okay, in my opinion, faking an orgasm is ridiculous, you don't cheat anyone but yourself (I'm a chick). I have NEVER faked an orgasm, if what he's doing isn't working, I tell him.
But, my guess would be that a guy probably wouldn't be able to tell, the "pulsing" of the vagina is pretty subtle, and if he's thrusting in and out and the chick is bucking around like she's having an orgasm, he's not going to notice for all the movement. Not to mention if she's making all that noise, he's thinking that he's a sex god...LOL!

No, a guy wouldn't know if you were faking or not, your vagina will still tighten, not the same as when you orgasm, but usually a guy who has been at it for a while can only feel what's going on with him and not you

Most women can even contract their vagina willfully, no problem. I doubt it if any man, as experienced as he is (I am a woman by the way) can distinguish a fake from a real orgasm. Women have done it for centuries and men have gone with it all the time. Why do some women fake? Many reasons, one of them is just wanting to stop the act (she is tired), not wanting to get into an argument, not wanting to hurt the poor guy's feeling. I guess there are many reasons and even though women today demand "equal opportunities" in orgasming, some of us still fake it.

Oh there are SO SO SO many reasons to fake it! Just pay attention to what your body does when you OG and then imitate that when you need to fake it.
Or better yet (because in a fair partnership, you both deserve to get off!) Just sweetly tell him you aren't going to finish this way and ask him to finish you with this hands.
