Symptoms of PMS are unique to each individual. If you take care of yourself by eating right and exercising, you can alleviate some of the cramping, bloating and irritation in part or full. Given your results, it seems exercise has been beneficial to you. Over all proper diet and exercise is beneficial in dealing with the symptoms of PMS, but the results very from one female to another. Some symptoms are hereditary and you may or may not be able to do anything about it. Kudos to you for taking care of yourself, and here's to symptom free cycles!

Possibly yes, it will relieve the symptoms also. Works good on cramps too. It could be a coincidence, but try it next month too!

yes, regular aerobic exercise is known to help alleviate pms

Absolutely. When you exercise, the endorphins that result not only make you feel good, but are also the body's natural painkillers. I would suggest that you continue to work out even with your period. Not only will it keep you feeling better, but when you come off of your period, you'll look even slimmer than usual after dropping that excess water weight.

It produces endorphins; a feel good hormone, so it will definitely alleviate much of the symptoms. As well as increase circulation. There are so many benefits to exercise.

Yes it can. Working out releases endorphins in your brain which is a natural pain killer and it also makes you happy :) Chocolate and Sex do the same thing :D
