its the only right answer...you wont be fully developed for about 6 more years. the only other honest way to get bigger boobs is to get implants and youre obviously too young for that.
Outside of surgery the only way is to wait. None of the junk sold is effective, except to make the sellers rich.

I had them younger than that and it was only trouble. 12 year old's with boobs get nasty stares from 50 year old pervert men... I have been there. Okay, you are definitley too young to be worried about plastic surgery and birth control and some of the other things that other people are saying.
You just have to wait til your body is ready and then they will grow. I had bigger boobs when I was your age and that is the only reason guys like or look at your. It's not fun, and then you are automatically named a ****. Plus, it hurts to run and do sports and then people just look at the boobs that are flying in your face.
So, be 12 and have fun and be a kid, because that's what you are. Stop worrying about looks and images and everything. You are not even a teenager yet. You still have so much to do before you should even get to that part in your life. Unfortunately, it justs keeps getting younger and younger. Just go outside and get dirty and ride your bike and play softball or run around, do something. Keep those childhood moments and memories, cause it sucks being a grownup.
