Oh my god I know what you mean.
Im on my third pack of Micrgynon, I personally found I had bad mood swings the first month, and so far in the third month too. But month two was almost ok!
The spotting is normal and so is the mood swings, but give it 3 months, if its still horrible go back to the doctor and ask to switch.
I might do that because of the crying over nothing, gets pretty embarrassing, Iv cried in the most innappropriate times!
Good luck!!!!

i think thats normal but it will setlle down wen ur body gets used to takin the pill i dont see tht anything wud be wrong if ur takin the pill correctly

Yes, this can be normal because the body is trying to adjust to the medication. I ran in to this problem when I took Yasmin but then when I started taking B Complex it cleared up within a few days.

The spotting is also normal when trying to adjust to being on the pill. It can take the body about 3 months to fully adjust to being on the medication.

I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.

All of that is normal. Could be 2-4 weeks before you level out and stop bleeding.
