(GIRLS) Anxiety over period?!

Question: Ok this probably sounds a bit weird... but i've been having my period normal (it was 'regular' since the very beginning) for about 4 or 4 1/2 years now... And I always get very uptight when I get my period. There is the normal PMS-ing and moodiness, but especially when I have to go to school or go somewhere and I have my period I find myself worrying about it all the time. I always carry extra pads, go to the bathroom at lunch, and usually have a sweatshirt or long t-shirt in case of a leak, ect, 'think positive thoughts' lol. Even with these precautions I find myself getting really nervous.. i would go as far as to consider it actually anxiety???

Any tips for how to relax a bit more? Is this normal to worry this much?

i would say i worry quite abit too, and i carry extra stuff and wear long sweatshirts, but really unless something disasterous has happened before you shouldn't be so worried.

well, its normal, considering a period is such a terrible and annoying thing to have in my opinion...
well u should just try relaxing and keeping ur mind off it, do something else, forget about it, w/ all ur precautions, u shouldn't be that anxious....
