Eating healthy foods. Try tea it has anti-oxidants which help you lose some fat. Almonds, fish...etc. Try eating six small meals per day and do crunches/sit ups. Without having a proper diet you will probably not lose any stomache fat :)

sit ups. eat right. more sit ups.
