38 and having period problems! Please someone help me!?!
Question: I had a period every two weeks for about 7 weeks and then I was fine for two months and now I haven't had one since end of Dec. I thought I was going to start a couple of weeks ago but was lite pink and then went away. Then yesterday I thought I had started again with brown blood (only spotting) and then this morning it was gone again. Can anyone explain this phenomenome? I am having symptoms like I want to start. I have had a Tubal Litigation. So I'm not pregnant!

menopause symptoms?
Sorry to say but it sounds like pre menopause, or if your stressing a lot it can also cause irregular periods. Bur the hot flashes and sweats will start. Also my periods are irregular and when I get it it's very heavy for 3 days, I mean very heavy.
The tubal ligation wouldn't have been the cause of period problems, since a ligation (not litigation) doesn't do anything hormonally to the body.
That being said... you are 38, it could very well be that you are starting the perimenopause stage. As you grow older your periods will begin to change.
I just reread your question, at first I misunderstood. I thought that you may be thinking that the tubal ligation was a possible cause for the period problems. Sorry!
