How often can you wear a tampon w/o a break?!
Question: I mean you personally? Not one continuous tampon but I mean I have to switch it up between tampons and pads or I get cramps. Can you wear tampons for more than 2 days w/o having to switch to a pad? Or is there something wrong with me?

You should only keep the same tampon in for maximum 8 hours then you can change it to another one.
With changing to a pad i only do that at night. It's really only you that can work out when you should change due to the cramps.
Try 1 tampon then 2 then 3 and if you don't get any cramps continue and if you do then switch to the pad then you know next time to stop after 2.

I never switch to pads. I only ever use tampons to handle my period. Actually, I've never heard of anyone needing to switch to pads from tampons due to cramps.
I have heard of tampons causing many women cramps. I wear a tampon my whole period and never have issues with it. I would bring it up at your next Dr visit but I don't think there is anything wrong with you.
i used to spend my whole period just using tampons. a normal cycle of on average 6 days and i never had a break. its probably best u do switch between pads aswell as it reduces the chances of u getting TSS
I never use pads. I think tampons are a bit cleaner, as it collects the blood inside instead of me sitting on it all day.
I notice the only time I get a bad cramp or a weird feeling while using tampons is if it gets too full. Maybe the pressure from blood having no where to go because the full tampon is blocking it? As long as I change them out often, no problem. They say not to wear one for more than 8 hours, but I always change them before that (unless I'm sleeping).
In a 24 hour period, because of Toxic Shock Syndrome, you should only use a tampon for 8 hours. Use a pad for the remaining 16 hours.
I never change between pads & tampons -- I use tampons for my entire period. I don't even OWN a pad! The closest I have is pantyliners.
i just cant wear pads their way to thick and uncomfortable and they feel disgusting. i always wear tampons but if my flow isnt heavy enough somtimes it does seem like tampons give me cramps
You can wear tampons during your whole period if you choice to. But you must change your tampon several times a day and not leave it in a long time. It's recommended to wear a pad at night time.
you can wear tampon after tampon after tampon if u want to. or wear tampon pad tampon pad tampon tampon er soemthing. there is no certain order that u must use. just as long as u leave it in no longer than 8 hours.
