doctors say that about 8-9 hours but i think 6-7 is sufficient for most people now-a-days .... if you're feeling tired and weak it might not be from lack of sleep though ... try eating better and getting exercise (it does really help your energy level, quality of sleep, stress, and even self-esteem)

maybe you are not eating right. And you do need at least 8 strong hours of sleep.

Yes that's enough. Look at your vitamin and food quality intake. As well as daily exercise. This is the most likely cause. We all think we eat well but most of us don't .

8 or so is reccomended. Sleep probably is not your problem, but rather your diet! You need good, hardy, energy filled foods, rather than fast food or fatty junkfood. Try a nice apple or any other fruit for breakfast - They're great for energy.

Some people need more, some less. I need at least 9 hours, others need 7. I think as you get older, you need more also.

At least 8 hours. The body needs time to rest and repair.

It sounds like your getting enough sleep, although it's different for everybody. If you still feel tired, you may have anemia, which is low red blood cells. Do you take vitamins with iron? Go to your Doctor if your symptoms persist and have him check a CBC, which will show your red blood cell count, as well as other things, that may be causing your feelings of tiredness.
