Maybe you should talk to your mom. Are you worried about what she'll think about you getting your period? Are your periods getting really heavy? Are you going thru a lot more pads and tampons than before? Sometimes when girls are in the first few years of having their period it can change and become irregular and heavy. If you can't discuss this with your mother, do you have an aunt or older sis you can talk to? You should see your doctor to make sure that heavier periods aren't making you anemic. In the meantime, try pre treating the stain with a little color safe bleach (not chlorine) and wash it in warm water with a good detergent. The sooner you treat the stain, the likelier it'll be to come out. And get ahead of the pad and tampon (if you use them) changes. Once the pad starts to get saturated, change it right away so you don't overflow. Make sure you have enough pads to get thru school or work comfortably and make sure that you're getting the right kind- I'd get one made for heavier flow. Okay? Good luck.

Run it under cold water, and rub and scrub it in ice cold water. It gets it out.

bucket of cold water

Scrub it really hard as soon as you can.

tell her. cant hide from her ALL ur life.

Tell your mom. Are you afraid she will be mad? Like you have some control over when you start it? I hope that's not true - you don't have anything to be ashamed of and you're mom should understand.

let it soak in hot water the wash it regular with soap

it also come out in the washer.

you need to tell your mom and she can help you i hope you have pads but try bleach.

Spray it with one of those cleaning solutions before you wash them, and wash them in cold water. Also, the sooner you wash them, the better.

And then you need to tell your mother. These things are important.

Use some shout or rub some Laundry soap on it before putting it in the wash. That should get it out...if you were wearing white underwear though, your probably screwed unless you wash an all white load and use bleach. Tell your mom, every girl goes through it, nothing to be embarassed about!! =)

Cold water but you should tell your mother she gets periods

Wash them in the sink cold water (hot water will set the stain). Then get a detergent that gets protein stains out (read the labels.) and wash them again in the washing machine.

Why won't you tell your mom?

peroxide pour the peroxide over the stain and let it set and then wash in the washer machine . why cant you tell your mom ? she could be of great help . it is always better to wear long pads if you stain your undergarments alot . good luck dear .

Hydrogen peroxide, it will bubble but you have to put it on just as soon as it stains

okay

1. tell your mom
2. get some tampons and/or pads
3. get new underwear
4. bring perfume to school and spray it on you because sometimes your period smells
5. change the tampons and/or pads at least every 3 hours

hope that helped

have a happy period

I can't get it out of mine either. But just wash them a bunch at one time and it may come out for take a hot soapy rag. And rub directly on the spot. It may work.

bleach, u scrub the bleach on the blood spot, and then soak it in water, and wash it, my mom does that, and it gets it out, in less u leave the blood on for awhile it will be harder to get out, but that should help alot, and u should wear pads or tampons.

uhh why not tell your mom? she can help you. well soak it for awhile in water and wash it with whatever you can. i found laundry detergent or toothpaste works.

I suggest as soon as you see your period on your underwear when your changing, soak it in cold water so it will come out right away. Wash your whites with bleach. You can spray bleach on that spot.

Scrub it really hard with soap and use warm water. If this doesn't work then I suggest u just throw ur underwear out and buy new ones and i personally think that you should tell your mum about this she needs to know trust me it's going to be soo much better when you tell her

1. i recommend tell your mom.

2. try wearing a tampon and a pad (both jumbo, maxi) to prevent bleeding through to begin with

3. a lot of times it won't come out but try using oxy stain remover

cold water and soap or peroxide(seriously it works wonders on panties)

The key to protein stains (blood, chocolate, urine, feces, etc)
is to SOAK the garment in ice cold water for as long as it takes for the protein to release (ususally a few hours)
Do NOT launder in hot or warm water as this sets the stain and not even magical potions will remove it

wait until the end of your period and collect all of the dirty clothing . and folow theses steps.
1. put in COLD water, with liquid dish soap
2. let set for 5 min
3. Start scrubing, its gross but it works
4. put them all in the dyer.
If you use hot water than the blood will set in.

first things first! you should tell your mom. or at least your school nurse, or another female you trust. Peroxide always takes blood out of clothes. but the best thing you could do is as soon as you notice the blood take you underwear to the tub or sink and rinse or soak the blood out with cold water. the cold water will take most of it out.

First wash it out with cold water and soap.. then let it soak for a little bit.. then put some ALL detergent on the spot.. let that sit and soak in for a minute. Then throw it in the wash.

You can use cold water mixed with lemon juice to wash it, or some strong detergents. If it's white undies, don't care about and just chuck it into the washing machine with tonnes of bleach.. =P

and maybe it's leaking.. try a bigger surfaced pantyliner or my get some tampons.. hope this help and have a happy period!

Immediately stick it in the sink with a bunch of laundry detergent right on the spot. I've had two accidents just like that and it doesn't matter what kind you use I don't think ( I use Tide.) But it works perfect for me and came out both times. If its a set in stain you'll have a bit of a problem. If you've already washed it you're too late. Sorry.
BY THE WAY...
REALLY YOU NEED TO TELL YOUR MOM!
How do you get pads if she doesn't know?

just throw away your panty,s, simple

ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww

*edit: TO THE PERSON WHO ASKED THE QUESTION.
