BEST ways to lose weight FAST?!


Question: hello im like a size 12 usa
im 20 years old female
and i want to get down to about a 8 or a 10

what are some healthy ways of losing weight
i no all about eating right and exercise
i want some tips
really good tips

somthing i can do everyday to notice the change fast,
and somthing easy

You should take 20 minutes twice a day and do some leg lifts, situps, and pushups. You should take a walk once a day. And you should eat things like salad, and fruit. Drink plenty of water. But make sure that you don't eat after 6:00 because it gains fat. And don't skip meals. because that can create fat also. Fish is healthy, chicken is healthy depending on how cooked. Vegetables and they also have healthshake drinks that you could try.

sorry to say it but the only way to get it off and keep it off it to put out more than you put in. It has to be a lifestyle change not a diet. Best advice i can give you (having lost 20kgs myself - after my teens and again after baby) it to get it movin!! the only way to loose it is to move it!! make vegies your friends and ditch the frier!!! GOOD LUCK! p.s Drink heaps of water!
