Yes. It is natural for girls to have hair on there belly and arms!! I'm not so sure about your back, but I'm pretty sure it is not dangerous...

Most teenage girls that are overweight get hair on their back, belly, and upper lip.
It's normal to have lightly colored hairs on your arms, belly and back, though...but not like an ape.

some women are prone to more hair growth than others. Many times darker complected women with dark hair seem to be hairy because the dark hair just shows up more.

It's the hormonal changes going on during puberty that causes abnormal hair growth on girls. This usually goes away after puberty.

don't worry this is absolutelly normal& is caused by estrogen/progesteron.
(for me this is a sign of sexual maturity)

Many teenage girls have hairs on arms backs and belly. That happens usually around puberty. If it is extreme amounts it could indicate a higher than normal amount of testosterone or lowered amount of estrogen. You may want to sit down with her mother for lunch and talk about her concerns and maybe seing a doctor.

Um I am 12 years old and the same thing is happening to me except its my arms and I'm growing a mustache. So its natural, u cn get it waxed off though, I havent ( of course) Buts that only because I think Beauty is wat comes in the inside so i show it off.

I have this, and It's a little annoying, but that's only because I'm REALLY self conscious, but I do believe its normal, because I have a super skinny friend with arms as hairy as an apes. And she admits it. I really don't want to see her back though.. Lol.

yes its very normal and i would shave anyof it, because it will just grow back darker and thinner

body hair has nothing to do with weight. that's ridiculous. it's perfectly fine, not a big deal at all.

I have it on my arms, LOL every one does! I also have a thin, soft layer on my belly.

Almost everyone has at least a little - on girls it's often too fine and pale to see. If it's darker, a little like what a man might have, it probably just runs in the family.

Heavy pale fuzz on a very thin girl could be "lanugo", a symptom of anorexia. Heavy dark hair can indicate medical problems, but that's not common.

No that is just really sickening.
