I have missed my last 4 pills and had sex now i am bleeding.?!
Question: i have missed my last 4 pills because i havnt been at home ive been staying at a friends. i have been stupid and have had unprotected sex with my bf quite a few times while not taking the pill. my period is due in 2 weeks and now i am bleeding. the last time i had sex was yesterday and i started bleeding last night wen i returned home. i took one pill today. is there a chance of pregnancy? any help is appreciated, thanks!!

Relax! Most likely you are having a period. When you miss that many pills, the hormone is no longer in your bloodstream, and your body reacts as if you were taking the sugar pills you take during period time. I would throw that pack away, and start a new pack after your period. I hope that this impresses upon you the importance of using protection during sex. Pregnancy is not the only things you should worry about - STDs are rampant nowadays, and the risks are huge! STDs can lead to cancer, liver disease, and even death! Please start using condoms or some other form of protection!
if youre bleeding you shouldnt be too worries about a pregnancy, Ive done the same thing before and I was fine. what I do advise you to do though, is go to a pharmacy and get the plan b pill.. just in case, but Im pretty sure youll be fine.. good luck sweetie!
There is always a chance when you have unprotected sex. You probably bled as that was natural for you without the tremendously strong hormones found in the pill. I believe they are very bad for you. Here your body is trying to regulate itself just as it is supposed to, and for whatever reason we throw tons of hormones at it and let them become Hitler forcing our bodies to do as we want not as our body wants. There are also some possible nasty reactions to taking the pill that we may not even be aware of at the time. All the way up to becoming sterile. If I were in your shoes, I would go to my gyn and check out the diaphragm. No hormones and it works as well as the pill, and you only need it when you are going to have sex. It's kinda like a condom for women. Just a thought.
