Is it possible.... period?!
Question: is it possible to have discharge for a week and then get you period? im 13. thats what happened to my cuz. my mom was 11 when she got her period. also my cuz got her period and has NO armpit hair- just like me- same age. our moms are sisters and both got there periods at 11? are me and my cousin late? Arn't you supposed to get it within a year of you mother? give or take?

It doesn't really matter when your mother got her first period. You can get your first period anywhere from age 9 to age 18! Anywhere in between there is normal, regardless of when your mother got hers.
no, you dont necasarilly get it the same age as ur mom...
