vicks, afrin or if you dont wont to go to the shops boil some water pour it into a bowl put a tea towel over your head and inhale, it will clear your nose AND get rid of blackheads or blemishes as it clears out your pours! hope i helped!

Easiest and cheapest way to do it is to boil water on the stove.....lean over the pot of boiling water (but please not too far or you'll get burned.) Inhale the steam from the water, and that will clear your nose.
try snortin and gargling a bit of salt water... till you get a netti pot or saline nasal rinse from the local drug store
Ginger will definitely help. Boil it for 10 minutes with rock sugar or after it is warm enough to drink, put in honey. Drink it warm.
wasabi sauce, but its very very hot, but clears your sinuses out for a long time!
There are some tissues they sell at supermarkets that have vicks lotion on them..works like a charm.. I would recommend a box.
For stuffy noses
Inhale essential oils, like eucalyptus and pepper mint
Try to add some cayenne pepper to water, and wash inside the nose.
Add water to the vinegar, heat it, inhale the vapor.
Put salt water in the nose.
