Please help! Dotcors/Nurses please help!?!
Question: I'm 14, and awhile back I had itchy nipples, which caused them to get a litte bit of blood on them. But no a lot. Then at one point this was a while ago, some kind of clear stuff (looking like water) came out trough the nippleb but it was like a little drop. Not a lot. But it only happend like once. Is this a sign of breast cancer? I have felt no lumps what so ever, around my breats and no body in my family has ever had cancer before. What are the chances for a 14 year old to get breast cancer? Please help I am really scared I feel like crying!
my nipples are healed now and are no longer itchy, and i havn't seen blood in awhile
my mom says its all most not possible for me to get breast cancer, and my sister who studies in medical says my boobs arent big enouh but i am still not sure =/
no i am not sexaully active, and have never had a boyfriend before

Most women get very dry nipples in the winter time. It has to do with washing well and having dry skin in the winter. For the rest of your life, after you have started your period, from time to time, you may have just a little drop of seepage (watery substance) come from your nipples. This is ok. You dont have to worry about it unless you are soaking your bra or if you develop bloody discharge from your nipples.
You are a woman now and are going thru many bodily changes. Your breasts will become hard and painful as well now as your growing up and forming breast tissue. Thats also very ok or normal as well.. You will have tender breast every single month starting after 1/2 way thru your cycle. This all has to do with hormone changes.
You do not have cancer. You are just a maturing 14 yr old
You don't need big breasts to get breast cancer. men can get it too. It seems your nipples got a bit irritated. I doubt you have breast cancer.
I don't know what to say. Go see a doctor to make sure.

relax. you are fine. lotion your skin and they wont itch. meaning you wont scratch them till they bleed. you are normal.
Itchy breasts are normal for girls going through puberty. It's due to hormonal changes, as is any discharge from the nipple.
If you can feel any lumps, then you should get checked by a doctor. Keep checking your breasts!
Well if it as stoped all i can think is keep an eye on them and then if it doesnt go away go to the doctors and most likley they will give you a refural. so dont worry most likley its not Breast Cancer your sister is right if your boobs are to small then you will not have it. Keep an eye on them!!!

The lump is usually painless and hard. Sometimes, there may be changes in the shape and size of the breast and the nipple.
A dimple in the skin overlying the breast accompanied with dryness and scaling should be a cause for concern. There may be discharge of blood stained fluid from the nipple along with dryness and cracking of the skin of the nipple.

no not a sign of breast cancer... It sounds like you are just having normal discharge from your nipples... it happens sometimes... nothing to worry about..=D
