Why do i feel so huge during my period?!
Question: From what i've heard, people bloat before they're period. Not during. And even if people DO bloat during their period, i never feel it, in fact, i feel fine. I just look in the mirror and my reflection is repulsive.
But on the days where i'm not on my period, i look fine to myself.

you are just bloated, which is when your body retains water.
