It really works, but no alcohol because it contains acetaminophen which affects your liver and too much alcohol and acetaminophen can, in some cases, lead to liver failure and death. It also has a drug that helps your body remove excess water and really helps with bloating.

Yes, midol does really help. It relieves almost all of your symptoms, it works wonders for us women! Don't drink will on it, to much chemicals or something. My doc told me that, but im not sure exactly why!
