Yes i do - it is caused by ovulation.
As for the whiteheads, i actually think that the increased body temperature causes spots to come to the surface...
I know experts say its due to hormonal changes, but my spot number actually reduces during my period - although my existing ones "ripen".
I never have ..I just get my period..I don't feel any different than I usually feel..but I think a lot of women do..
Yes, It may happen ... as you said it will hell. mainly it is due to hormonal effect I think.
The changes in your hormones causes spots and whiteheads, I used to feel rotten every month and my doctor put me on the mini pill and I am ok each month now.
I really empathise with you, because I am exactly the same, its awful, The spots are to do with the hormonal change in your body, but I have started to take primrose oil tablets from my local health shop and for the last 2 mths the pms has not been so bad,
I hardly get PMS or get cramps. I've been lucky.
