Question: I'm 15 y.o. girl and I think i'm a masturbation addict.
I don't like it. It bother's the crap out of me.
How can I stop it??

If you're only masturbating when you're in bed, I woudln't worry about it unless you're losing a lot of sleep over it.
As a general rule, masturbation is not considered an addicaiotn unless it's more than three times a day, but the rule you should go by is whether or not it's getting in the way of your life.
If you are not getting enough sleep because of masturbation, you either need to cut down or work it into your schedule; start going to bed earlier to leave time to masturbate before sleeping; you will probably sleep better this way anyway. (A lot of guys pretty much have to do this or they will wake up in the middle of the night.)

I'm not sure why your masturbation bothers you; if you don't like the fact that you do it, you should do some soul-searchign and decide whether you want to quit, but regular mastrubation is generally good for you, so unless you have religious reasons there's nothing that should be serious enough to make you quite entirely.

If you do want to stop, the best way is to start by masturbaitng at a different time, like in the morning if you can (you might have to make it, like an hour before bed at first, and pull it ealrier in the afternoon and work your back to morning, if you have that kind of privacy). Right now, your body is expecting you to do it before yo ugo to sleep, and keeping you from sleeping. Once you can sleep through the night again, start cutting back on your mornings, and see if you can still sleep at night. If it is really a problem, try warm milk or any toher sleep aid before bed.

okay lets say you do it three times a day O_o

just move down to two times a day, then once a day after maybe two weeks? then maybe just do it every day six times a week, then five times a week then 4, etc etc etc

in this age you can do as many time as you like & want. but it should not affect your regular activity. if you feel it is addiction for you, you can avoid it by spending time in good hobbies or with friends. Try to spent the time with peoples instead of spending alone. if you feel to do the masterbeation just come out of the room and start interacting with some body.
