Don't know why I am tired and dizzy?!

Question: I am not pregnant and not anemic. What else could cause this? It has been happening for months now.. I went to the doctor and she tested me for anemia and today she called and said my levels are normal and Im not anemic. What could be causing this?

lack of proper nutrition... try more protein and fruits.. ive had that before
