Question: My rib cage measurment is 28(+4 is 32) and my bust size is 31. Does that mean I don't have a bra size? I'm 14! What size am I (if I have one) and what should I be wearing?

This is the most accurate measuring guide I've seen online, the others SUCK.
You would be a 32AA or 32AAA.
Use that as a guideline ONLY, because bra sizes are not standardized. You could be a 32AA in one brand and a 32A in another brand (been there done that! I'm either a 38C or 38D or 38DD!!).
try a 34 a
