Relax. Stress, hormonal fluxuation, changes in diet and exercise and many other things can influence your period. You may even be getting the flu. If you haven't had sex, then you know you aren't pregnant, so just relax and wait it out.
that's why its late because you are stressed about it....when ever your body is stressed it will be late...try to relax and you'll see
