take advil liquid gels extra strength... there a LIFE SAVER.
i wouldnt be able to live through a period if it was for those things.

Go to your local herbalist and explain, they usually have good natural products for pain.
well my friend gets bad cramps and she takes advil except she said she has to take like 4 sometimes for them to work....
