Hello Lost in Darkness. No one should definitely not poop during anal sex. Go before you have anal and then clean yourself. You can also use an enema. I have been having anal sex since I was 13 and I have never had a problem, not even the urge to go during the act. I shower before and completely relax my muscles. If for some reason you can't shower at least clean your butthole with baby wipes. Oh and use lubricant too.Happy anal!
