symptoms can vary from woman to woman, but the basic signs of pregnancy are: nausea (you can vomit or just have the feeling that you are going to vomit even if you don't), extreme tiredness (like you literally can't help but to sleep everytime you sit down or lay down), in the begining you may feel period like cramps as though you are about to start your period but you don't, implantation bleeding (a very light spotting that shouldn't last more than a couple days at the most and it's light pink in color), a late period after you have had unprotected sex, swollen and sore breasts, extremely sensitive nipples, increased moodiness, and frequent urination.
Biggest sign--missed period. Others, sore breasts, nausea, weight gain, acne, all sorts of things. It is different for everyone. The best thing to indicate you're pregnant is to take a pregnancy test.
you are normally sick and feel tired but if you take a pregnancy test you can find out and you can ask your doctor
