I assume it is urination during intercourse that you are speaking about. This is quite common. As a sex ed teacher in a girls school, I get this one whispered to me every now and then by embarrassed girls where I teach.
My response is to go and see a doctor, but I would suggest pelvic floor exercises could help. It is usually treatable and need not be something embarrassing.
You may be confusing the feeling of a orgasm building up with a need to urinate... when you pee do you really pee or just sit there wondering what happened to it? If it's the latter then you are confusing your feelings... try letting the pee feeling come out when you're having sex....
