Question about my cervix?!
Question: I had a gyno appt yesterday (my second one) and the doctor told me that my cervix is "facing down" instead of "looking straight at her". I didn't think much of it since she said it wouldn't effect childbirth, but my mom said that it could cause a problem in trying to conceive. Is this true?

It wont make a difference, I was told my cervix is high far back and to the left and i was like wil this effect me ttc?? gyno said no and regardless of how ur cervix is that you will get pregnant if you have sex when ovalating. So dont worry about it seriously. xx I knw how you feel and its worrying over nothing.

Yep... You'll probably have to have sex doggie style once you start trying to conceive... It's more fun that way, anyway! Don't worry about it, though... That will only make you stress and that hinders fertility, IF you are TTC. If you're not, I wouldn't really worry too much about it. It'll happen when it's meant to happen, facing down cervix or not! :)
