not enough lubrication probably....because the vagina will stretch to accommodate size...
you have to do the proper pre play then only her vegina will be ready to accomdate your penny. it is not a problem. why dont you suck before intercourse. that will give the super pre play and some lubrication also. so that you can enjoy.
Maybe you should try some different positions. Some positions allow for deeper penetration more easily while at the same time making it more comfortable for her. Also starting off slow and not penetrating all the way helps because it gives her time to adjust to you. After a while of going slow you'll notice you're alot deeper. Sometimes a woman's vagina needs a little time to "accomodate".

When a girl is sexually aroused, the vagina lengthens and her cervix rises to accomodate a penis. However, if she's close to ovulation the cervix lowers some to help with conception.... so you could be bumping her cervix at certain times and causing pain.
