well i usually take a hot (as hot as you can stand it) bath and my hubby and i are ok to have sex then...i think it helps with my cramps and i also think when you are excited your other natural lubricants kind of take over because i bleed less when we do have sex then. My best friend says she takes a hot bath and it slows down the flow as well.
