Just to let you know I am speaking from education, I've worked for a marriage-enrichment organization for 8 years. My answer is that it could be several things including health, time in your life, stress or trouble in your relationship. It could also be that you're not having sex enough.

What I mean is that when your body and brain get used to having sex a lot, you will "desire" it a lot or, as we say, have a strong sex drive. But as your quanity decreases, your desire can too--especially if you don't orgasm during those times.

So, I think it would help you to do two things.

1. Decide beforehand that you are going to have sex that day/night and try to have sex as much as you can (if that's every day, great but try to make it at least every 3 days).

2. Talk to your husband about this and ASK HIM to help you ensure that you orgasm, if possible, whenever the two of you have sex.

That ought to get your brain and body each bugging you to get some.

A great book about this is Becoming ONE: Emotionally, Spiritually and Sexually. It's written by Joe Beam and can be found on Amazon.com or JoeBeam.coml

Are you taking birth control pills? That could be a reason why you are experiencing low sex drive. Changing the pill might might help.

Maybe a change of pace for example have sex on the floor of the bathroom or in the shower different then where you may usually have sex and make it spontaneous and fun hope this helps!

Birth control, antidepressants, hormonal changes are all things that can cause a change in your sex drive. Also, if you are stressed out, having problems with your relationship, and a whole lot of emotional things can also cause it. It's difficult to tell whether it's physiological or emotional without the help of a doctor who can eliminate physical problems.
