That is abnormal. Most likely it is a hormonal imbalance. Call your doctor and let them know. Most likely they will put you on birth control to regulate your periods so you don't have them so long.

Well depends when you started. I can remember my first few times, I bled really heavily for about 2 weeks. But I still went to see a doctor and she gave me pills which stop excess bleeding.

when i first started having my periods a couple of them were almost 2 weeks long. However, it is abnormal to have them that long or any longer. I would make a doctor appointment just to be sure.
