I have a question about " Down there"?!

Question: Okay, my vagina sometime has an odor. I'm wondering if anyones else does. It's an unpleasant smell. It goes away when I scrub down there. I always have a lot of white discharge down there too. They say everyone has there own scent, but does everyones vagina get smelly down there? Im just curious because people really dont talk about this. I know your anus can have a foul odor to if you dont wash, but for me I wash that area, sometimes even scrub and the odor will go away, but ina few minutes it' back. Can you help me out.. no immature answers please or I'll report you .. thanks!

The white discharge is normal - if its not white or clear but greenish or any other colour you have an infection. sometimes people find it smells a little especially when it drys on your pants - if it smells strongly or fishy or you have any itching or burning then again you have infection. it might be n infection - yeast infection or sti or it might be normal - if your worried about it see your doc or gyno. Dont use soap but try feminnine wash or something without colour or scent becasue you might be getting iritated by scrubbing. its worth getting checked out because if you have an infection it is prob easy to cure but if left untreated could cause otehr problems - but i wouldnt worry its prob nothing
use a pantyliner and change it regularly to keep yourself fresh

Are you sure when that happens you don't have a Yeast Infection? Seriously i would talk to your Doctor about this

Sounds to me like you might be suffering from a yeast infection. Is there any itchiness or anything else? It's definitely something to get checked out by an OBGYN. They may simply tell you to get an over the counter med, but it's best to ask the OBGYN in case something else might be going on.

yee...i get a lot of white discharge in between my periods but mine doesnt smell...maybe the others a right but i think every1 has a different strange smell

dont worri

Sounds like a yeast infection, as well as a good time to visit the Gyn.

this happened to me and i was worried
but them this girl told me to find a boy and have him finger you
so i did and it wrked

If it itches. It's a yeast infection use Vagsil.

Yes, everyone vagina has an order but, me my self i suffer from something called BV (bacterial vaginosis) which produces a unpleasant almost fishy smell and whitish to grayish discharge, this is basically an overgrowth of bacteria in your vagina. Many factors can cause this and douching is one of them. a yeast infection usually produces a white almost like cottage cheese consistency discharge and it actually smells like yeast (bread). Go to your gyno and see what he has to tell you they are no over the counter medications for BV but their is for yeast infections.

I would check with you Dr, it sounds like you could have a yeast infection of BV. Both which are completly normal. Some people suffer from BV all the time. It could be that you have an unbalanced PH level down there. I would be careful on what you wash yourself with. I Normal bar soap and body wash can irritate it more than it is. Try sliquid (drugstore.com) or a natural bar soap. Im not sure how old you are but this could be something you have to deal with on a regualer basis or something that is a one time thing. Good Luck.

Does it itch? You may have a yeast infection. Or if you're sexually active, you may have some kind of STD.
