Really sick on Period!!?!
Question: Hi Im talking to my cousin on msn and him and his girlfriend live together anyways....shes on her period and like super sick :(
Shes lieing in bed and like gets up to throw up like every 10-20mins :(
My cousin (Aaron) goes and cuddles her and stuff and bought her cramp pills and pads and stuff :)
He wants to know what else he can do for her??
Like should she sleep on the bathroom floor or what??
He also has another question but i wasnt sure how to answer it (im only 14)
anyways um is it possible to get a period blood stain out of a matress?? If so how?
And out of her PJs is that possible what should he use?
Do you think hes being a good boyfriend??
Can you think of anything else he can do??

I'm 14 too but I've been very sick and on my period before. Your cousin should get his girlfriend the following meds... midol. ibuprofen(sp), and some imodium. she should take that combination every morning and 2 antibiotics in the evening. This will help a whole lot. Also, about sleeping on the bathroom floor, my mom put down some towels and a pillow for me in the bathroom after she disinfected it because I kept running to the bathroom every 5 minutes. So since your cousin is throwing up alot like I was, then it might be a good idea to have her sleep on the floor for a little while. Also, to get the blood out of my mattress, I use clorox spray and use a sponge to scrub it down. DO NOT LET IT SETTLE. If you do then it will be very hard to get it out so get it out right away. And I definetly think he's being a good boyfriend^^

I get really sick from my period too. I throw up anything that I may have eaten prior to getting my period, so try to keep her from eating. Just until her pain decreases.
Is it her first day of her period? For some girls they have a sharp pain, sweating, dizziness, vomiting, high blood pressure, etc. It can last a couple of hours or even longer.
I find the best thing to do is to get myself to sleep. Relax the body, go under a blanket and close my eyes. The pain will last as long as you are awake. I find when I wake up the pain is gone or I have minor cramps.
Oh and I think he is being a great boyfriend. Guys really don't know what to do in situations like this.
Your cousin is one in a million. She should get checked out in case she has toxic shock syndrome or endometriosis. It is not normal to be vomiting when you have your period.
There are products that will take out blood stains, like enzyme pre-soaks, he can find them in the laundry products aisle. Bleach will take the color out of stuff.
