Question: My boyfriend and I had sex and the condom split. It's 7 or 8 days before my period...am I less fertile now? When we had sex my boyfriend didn't c.u.m AND he was wearing a spermicide condom AND he put spermicide foam on his penis and inside at the tip of the condom. We can't afford birth control pills...that's why I wasn't on them. And we can't afford the emergeny contraceptive pills. What are the chances that I will get pregnant? considering my menstral cycle, the spermicide condom, no ejaculation, and the spermicice foam...

a week before and a week after are your most fertile times , try not to stress it could hold your period back,,,

If you are concerned about pregnancy and this has been very recent go see you doctor and get the morning after pill. They are only about $30, find the money. They are sure a heck of a lot less expensive than raising a child.
You can get pregnant at any point of the menstrual.. Granted, some times are more likely..but you can get pregnant on or off your period..
Contraceptive pills (depending on where you live) should be free. Try going to your GP or a health clinic to discuss this.
