hey i had Physical before it was basically checking to see if your bones are well and you are able to physical things without your bodying hurting it's self.
NOW if you have a Pap Smear then that's a different story they will tell you to get undress and from head to knee and it's very cold you will have to scoot you booty all the way to the end the table and there will be seem uncomfortable diggin pressure like crazy but it does not hurt. after a while you will get use of it. I'm also 19 i had my first Pap 3 weeks ago. if something wrong they will call you next week. if not you are all clear so don't worry. I suggest you find your own docotor so you are a bit comfy.
check your heart, blood pressure, breathing..nothing to bad

vaginal examination/ internal exam and rectal exam are done when there is an indication only...
for a girl, they check heart rate, spinal alignment, reflexes, take biometric studies (weight, height, appearance), test lung capacity, ask your health background, do blood tests if you ask. they won't touch the insides, girls usually don't have to undress unless they want to. males have their abdominal hernia screening, which isn't entirely unfriendly but is neccesary.
