I need some good exercises to firm up my body?!


Question: ok well im 15 years old.
Im 5ft7 and i weigh 121lbs which is a good weight.
But as im growing still i feel like i need to firm up or tone up and i need some good exercises that i can do everyday and how many times i need to do those exercises?
please answer.

Do palaties 3 or 4 times a week it will tone you up really well.
